   I have this stand and the plastic housing around the grip cracked and it no longer adjusts

     6) Photocopy of Purchase Receipt – due to strict factory policies, we are unable to replace any stand without a copy of the receipt
     7) A photo of the stand specifically showing the malfunctioning or damaged area and one of the entire stand, if multiple stands we need a photo of all the stands together in one photo – **Please note that the number of photo’s we can document are limited, so please send all serial numbers in one photo, all complete stands in one photo as well as one photo showing the issue of the stand/stands.

     Note that screws, springs, pads, foam, and other parts subject to normal wear have no warranty coverage. This warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or malfunction caused by accident, negligence, misuse, or abuse.
