7) A photo of the stand specifically showing the malfunctioning or damaged area and one of the entire stand, if multiple stands we need a photo of all the stands together in one photo – **Please note that the number of photo’s we can document are limited, so please send all serial numbers in one photo, all complete stands in one photo as well as one photo showing the issue of the stand/stands.

Is it possible to get a double stand that has the auto-grip feature (at least on the alto side)? Otherwise a great stand.

Great quality in the fabric material and the bag itself is well-made. The shoulder straps are junk. The metal rings the straps clip onto broke on both bags the first two times I used the bags. They each had 1 Hercules mic stand in them (which are awesome BTW).
